Travel along the Silk Road caravan route. Visit a wonderful mix of monuments, museums, mosques, ancient ruins, traditional bazaars, music and dance programs. In addition, enjoy the pristine natural beauty of mountains, canyons, lakes, rivers and parks.

The tour begins in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan and ends in Almaty Kazakhstan. Additionally, we visit The Autonomous Republic of Karakalpakstan.

There are diverse excursions throughout the journey including visits to Mary (& ancient Merv), the archaeological site of Old Nisa, Bukhara and Samarkand with a wealth of architectural heritage, Shakhrisabz - one of the most ancient cities in Central Asia; Termez - the most overlooked corner of Uzbekistan, where one finds the influences of Greek, Buddhist and Islamic civilizations, well-preserved old town of Istaravshan, Tashkent - an oriental city with elegant European architecture and Bishkek, located where the Kazakh steppe meets the foothills of the majestic snow-capped Tien-Shan mountains.

The tour visits museums, mosques, bazaars, textile, pottery and craft centers and so much more.
